Marriage licenses are only issued at the probate office in Bay Minette Monday through Friday from 8am-3pm. Both the bride and groom must be present. A marriage license costs $40.00 and may only be paid in cash. For an in-office ceremony, the fee is $55.00 and includes the license. Current, no weekend or after-hours ceremonies will be preformed.
