Even though the sun will eventually set on every picture perfect vacation, the fun doesn’t stop at nightfall as the Alabama Gulf Coast offers a variety of evening activities for every member of the family. The music lovers will want to catch a live performance at one of the local hotspots. Follow a particular artist, or uncover a new favorite by searching the CVB’s online nightlife calendar.

Perhaps the party animals would like to drop by the area’s bars (such as the legendary Flora-Bama) for a couple of hours or a night of fun.

Meanwhile, families can stop by the lifestyle centers for a late meal or snack, perhaps a must-see movie or a souvenir at the variety of stores. During the summer months, the family can break curfew as several of the amusement and water parks and miniature golf courses stay open until approximately 10:00 p.m. Don’t forget the ever popular late night movie.
