Fishing begins at 5:00am Friday, July 20th with the ceremonial cannon blast at the ADSFR site, and concludes at 5:00pm Sunday, July 22nd with a ceremonial cannon blast.The weigh station will be open from 10:00am – 7:00pm Friday and Saturday, and from 10:00am – 5:00pm Sunday. The Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo currently holds the Guinness World Records title for the World’s largest fishing tournament. In the last 10 years the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo has funded more than $150,000 in Marine Science scholarships at the University of South Alabama from tournament proceeds.

ADSFR Open Competition ticket: $ 40 per angler Open Division and Speckled Trout Jackpot: $ 50 per boat.
