We know that the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach area is paradise. We were kind of hoping it might remain the best kept secret of the South, but it looks like word is getting out. We have recently been named to several amazing lists and we were so proud, we

just had to share the good news. Top 5 Favorite Beaches, Weather Channel Online Poll, May 2011 Gulf Shores took home the prize in our online poll with about 40 percent of the votes. We're happy to say, the beaches of Gulf Shores are gorgeous as always and ready for Memorial Day tourists. Runner Up: Orange Beach, Ala. Orange Beach lies just 15 minutes east of Gulf Shores. Check out The Wharf, a massive dining and entertainment complex. It has concerts, a wave pool, and a lot of restaurants and cocktail options.
