Enjoy Coastal Culture at the 45th Annual Festival of Art
For 45 years, art lovers have made their way to Alabama's white-sand beaches for a taste of coastal culture.
Celebrating four and a half decades of art, the Orange Beach Festival of Art will be held March 9-10 at the scenic Waterfront Park. The 2016 event will host local artisans, as well as those from all over the country. The festival is a celebration of visual, performing, musical and culinary arts. More than 100 artists working in an array of mediums will be onsite for the annual event and juried fine arts show. Live demonstrations by painters, glassmakers and more will be a highlight at the weekend-long event.
Musical & Performing Arts entertainment will be provided on 2 different stages. Young festival-goers will enjoy a Kid's Art Alley. Authentic coastal cuisine will be provided by local restaurants.
Shuttle transportation is available for $5 daily fee to and from the festival. Cycling guest will enjoy a designated parking area in the Bike Village.
Admission to the event is free. Hours for the event are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.
