Tropical Depression Ida

At 9:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm Ida was downgraded to a tropical depression, and all tropical storm warnings have been discontinued. As this extratropical system continues to weaken, other watches and warnings will probably be dropped. As weather conditions change throughout the day, we will post these new developments here.
