Mostly great stay. Definitely some communication discrepancies and several smaller things that were unexpected/inconvenient, like inadequate linens, wet/dirty bed cover, “clean” dishes with dried food/grease, rude and unhelpful staff at checkin (a miscommunication, added 20 mins to checkin), host directing to communicate with property management agency about everything, but prop. management directing back to host ???????, and inaccurate details about the property - there are definitely hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, and a hair dryer - nice surprise after being told no about these things.
Location is great, ground level is awesome, decor was lovely and warm, basic kitchen equipment, working appliances, broom and vacuum were nice to have, no beach equipment/towels provided, nothing crazy impressive, and no major issues. Property at large was well-maintained and pleasant. No wristbands or codes needed to get around, other than gym/sauna. Wifi good for working, does drop occasionally.
