The condo was clean, updated, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The Phoenix East building itself is in need of an update however the pool was clean and grounds were kept up nicely.

Great experience! Great view! Easy access to beach and pool. Condo was very clean and as pictured. Host was nice & quick to respond. Phoenix employees were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive. The entry was on the first floor, that is the only thing I wish was different as I prefer a higher floor. Overall, fun times for a family traveling.

We had a great time the place was clean and check in was easy
Only issue we ran into...
Only issue we ran into was the door knob on the front door breaking and needing to be replaced. We got locked out for about an hour, and it took them several hours to fix/replace. We weren’t comfortable leaving the condo while they were in it, so we lost a few hours of our trip. Other than that, everything was great! Would highly recommend this great location.
