As a family of 4...
As a family of 4 the one bedroom condo was great. Plenty of room for all of us to move about and not be in each other’s way. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Around 9am you can see the dolphins playing right in the ocean from the balcony.

Beautiful condo right on the...
Beautiful condo right on the beach with a fantastic view. The interior was nicely decorated and larger than what we expected from the photos. Well equipped kitchen, nice TV, decent sized bathroom with entrance from living area and bedroom, extra closet for beach supplies and the unit was very clean. One thing to note, it does have a good sized private balcony but they are staggered so neighbors can see you from certain areas and the entire property is non-smoking but we could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere periodically while on the balcony. Bring an extra blanket because there aren’t any provided. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, only a few things…bring you own blanket for the sofá bed, because they do not give any one, just sheets, and in the kitchen you need a flat casserole to cook, they only bring a lots of pots. Besides that, our view was perfect and the condo is nice, clean and very close to the beach, same as the description, we are coming back again!

My husband and I decided to visit Gulf Shores for our 45th anniversary trip we had never been there and heard how beautiful it was. We had a great time there and it is beautiful there. We stayed at Phoenix V unit 711. The staff were very kind and courteous the building was clean and well kept. However our unit was not as described. The floors were the worst, dirty. The area rug in the living room was filthy black. There was ceiling plaster falling in the living room from the day we got there until we left. We ran the Vaccum every day (provided)
The bathroom sink wouldn't drain unless you removed the plug. The carpet in the bedroom was in dire need of a good steam cleaning or replaced.
The washer and dryer were fabulous as was the kitchen!! We would stay again at the Phoenix V but never in that unit again.
