Sandy, was quick to respond...
Sandy, was quick to respond & intentional about checking in. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. We had a small issue with our fridge and they sent someone within the hour to replace it. Overall clean space and great location! We loved that the pool at Phoenix VIII was less busy than the Phoneix VII was. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

In the pictures online, it...
In the pictures online, it shows a couch and a chair. As well as a table and two high chairs in the main room. All that was there when we arrived was one couch, making it impossible to comfortably sit around together and talk. I spent the evenings in my bedroom. Also the refrigerator had no handle for the door.
