Condo was a little smaller...
Condo was a little smaller than expected,,but was very comfy and felt like home very quickly.
Best Beach access we have ever had. I was often a little leary of the Phoenix group of building..but..just the opposite, they have dedicated staff and quickly responded to my needs and questions. In building three they have 24/7 help desk if you need assistance. Our place had great beds and bedding, plenty of blankets for those cooler nights. The interior was very functional and while it may have a few years on it,,we were not worried about being overly careful with our two grand kids.
OBTW- The ten story view of the beach/ocean was 1st class..and a great morning coffee spot as well as a beautiful spot for "Sundowners" I will stay here again and / or any of the Brett Robinson managed buildings!

This location was great! I have a large family and we all had a wonderful time on the beach and taking advantage of all the pools, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts and exploring the area. This was our first time visiting the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and we plan to come back soon!
Only real issue was the...
Only real issue was the one of the two elevators were down twice in two days. Rooms were clean and fit a family of 9 comfortably. Nice and close to beach. Very easy walk to beach with kids and a pregnant woman
