The whole trip was great!...

The whole trip was great! The view is amazing. Felt like i was at home. The kitchen had everything we needed including lots of ice! We could oversee the flora bama from our balcony. Was very easy get in and out of our room to parking lot or beach.

I have stayed at the Phenix X several times and Sandy’s unit is the best one. Best balcony views and very convenient when going to the Flora-Bama. Sandy was very quick responding to my questions and was a great host. 10/10

we really enjoyed our stay....

we really enjoyed our stay. this room is great for anyone wanting the flora bama experience. you can hear the beach singer from the balcony. also this room is above the parking garage so you don’t worry about view obstruction. the only thing i would say could be better was the room was not mopped before our stay. and we were missing blankets for the beds. the concierge quickly got us the blankets and i did not mention anything about the floors, just because we didn’t want anyone to have to come clean while we were there. all in all it was great and we would rent again.
