Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Pet Agreement
As a registered Aronov Condo Mgmt., lnc./Martinique on the Gulf (ACMI) guest who wishes to have my house-trained dog in my vacation rental, I agree to the following:
My dog is up to date on all vaccinations and is on a flea preventative.
A maximum of two (2) dogs may reside in one property at any time.
I will be responsible for any injury or replacement of any items stained or damaged by my pet.
I will be responsible for any injury inflicted upon any resort employee or guest by my dog.
Neither ACMI nor any of its employees shall be responsible for the safety or well-being of my dog.
I understand that ACMI may remove my dog from my rental property at my expense if my dog is left unattended and causes a disturbance.
I understand that an employee of ACMI will inspect my room upon departure from the resort and assess the room for any damage.
I understand that my dog must be kept on a leash when in the resort or on resort property unless it is in the guest's vacation property.
Dogs are not allowed in the fitness room and pool areas of the resort. This exclusion does not apply to certified service dogs.
I am responsible for cleaning up after my dog on resort property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the resort, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of my dog.
The resort reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
I understand that there is a $300 pet deposit and only $150 is refundable.
I understand that if I do not clean up after my dog, or if extra cleaning is required due to my dog, the full $300.00 pet deposit will be forfeited.

My family had a great vacation in "Teaux in the Sand" in spite of Tropical Depression Cindy. The house was clean, well decorated and furnished nicely. Thanks to the fact that the owner provided lots of games, cards, books and puzzles, we had plenty to do to keep us occupied until the rain stopped. This was our 8th time to stay in Martinique on the Gulf. We love the French Caribbean feel of the community, the two pools, the private beach, work out room and tennis court. We also enjoyed the golf cart provided by the owner. The property management company employees were friendly and courteous. We appreciate very much that we were allowed to bring our dog who is an important part of our family. My only suggestion to the owner would be a stand alone ice maker. I highly recommend "Teaux in the Sand" and the Martinique Community. We will definitely stay there again.
Great Option In Gulf Shores!!!
Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this superb option in Gulf Shores and we are so glad that we found this place and we plan to only stay here in the future when returning to Gulf Shores. The location and overall development and amenities are exactly what we were looking for and the house itself was perfect for our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Property was beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. One complaint - why are the beach rental chairs/umbrellas (Ike Service) at the back of the beach? We paid over $500 for the rentals and anyone who brought their own pop up tents gets the front of the beach. You guys have this all set up wrong. The rentals need to be at the front up as close to the shore line as possible. Those that choose not to pay and bring their own needs to be in the back. I asked the beach attendant that works for Ike's and he said it's what the property management system wanted. There was nothing he could do about it. Hope you guys get out of the office and get to the beach and look this over. Think about if you spent $500+ on chairs and umbrellas and someone with a 10'x10' pop up tent gets right in front of you.....
