We had a great stay...
We had a great stay at the bungalow! The screened-in back porch overlooking Mobile Bay was a favorite spot. I loved the sense of privacy the setting allowed. We visited in late October and had a mix of sun and rain, but were still able to enjoy the setting. The house is beautiful and well equipped, but of course bring any seasonings/ provisions you might want to cook with. The management company was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. I would love to go back again some day!

The host company was responsive, but the outdoor amenities needed work. The fire pit was torn up and had beer cans in it from the previous guests. Very slow wifi. This was a remote work situation and it was nearly impossible. Porch is run down and needs attention. And though the house was reasonably clean there were still cockroaches inside.

Very nicely furnished. Inside of the property was clean. Some trash around the property outside. We love the screen in deck and pier. Location is perfect if you want seclusion and quiet. Lots of going back and forth to get to stores/restaurants (10-20 mins) so come prepared. We found a secluded clean beach (gulf side) nearby all to ourselves on Christmas Day! Perfect for surf fishing!
Things we had to buy (that we didn’t have to buy at other rentals) toilet paper, washing / dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo and conditioner since we stayed for the week and their starter kits only cover 1 day or 2. Had to buy salt, pepper, coffee, oil basic cooking ingredients). There were zero ingredients there although plenty of cook and bakeware were provided.
If you go during the holidays, expect no communication to address issues. Not sure I expected full service during those days but communication would made us feel like we would be taken care of if something terribly serious happened.
