With only 18 units in the building, you’ll enjoy fewer crowds, short elevator waits, and direct access to the sugar-white sand and sparkling Gulf waters.

Step inside to find an open-concept layout featuring a spacious living area, dining room, and well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table seats six comfortably, with extra bar seating at the kitchen counter—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The updated furnishings and west-corner location flood the space with natural light and panoramic Gulf views from both balconies.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, beautiful Gulf views, and a private bath with a custom walk-in shower and double sinks. One guest bedroom features a queen bed and a private west-facing balcony, while the third bedroom includes two queen beds, offering plenty of room for up to eight guest’s total. These bedrooms share access to the hall bath.
