Description

Southern Grace is beachfront home in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is a lovely, upscale house with 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths offering plenty of room for the entire family. We hope you'll find the same sense of peace that we do on this beautiful stretch of sugar-white beach. Enjoy 3 king bedrooms (1 with a daybed & trundle), 3 queen bedrooms (1 has 2 queens for a total of 4 queen beds), and 5 full baths. It sleeps up to 16 guests (maximum of 12 adults). Sorry, we are not able to accommodate groups under the age of 25. For Hangout Festival there is a Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit to ensure the house is left as expected. The main floor has a great room that spans the width of the house and offers nearly floor to ceiling views. The large kitchen has 2 refrigerators and lots of counter space for families that like to cook together. There is a large laundry room and you'll find 2 king bedrooms, each with adjoining baths (one also opens to the hall). Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms including the beachfront king master, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a private bath, a bedroom with a queen and an adjoining bath that also opens to the hall, and a cozy queen bedroom down the hall. Wonderful Beach House

This is our second year staying at this beach house. The house has plenty of bedrooms and baths. The house comes complete with kitchen and bathroom supplies. All we had to do is bring our food. The location is right on the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony.

5 Star Customer Service

We are repeat customers of Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals and Southern Grace. The location is ideal for our extended family and the bedroom and bathroom configuration of this unit is perfect for us. Beyond all of that, though, the customer service of GSVR is superb. With such frequent turnover of rental properties, it would be easy to just do the bare minimum, but GSVR goes well beyond that. The property is always spotlessly clean and, when we do have a rare maintenance issue, they are so efficient in their response and resolution of the problem. We come to Gulf Shores on a regular basis and will always look to rent through GSVR. They take good care of us!

Family Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Southern Grace. House was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Our only complaint is WiFi went out on Wednesday and was out remainder of our stay. Rental company sent someone out twice but they were unable to get it working. Communication with rental company was great and check in and out was easy. Will use Gulf Shores Rentals for our next trip.

Friends Trip

We had a wonderful time in this house! The setup was perfect! The location was great. There was a ton of games and even baby gates and bead rails already there. Tons of outside toys and chairs, it was just perfect for our big group and toddlers! The house was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Week In Gulf Shores

This house was one of the best we've stayed at. Well equipped,even for children, clean and in excellent location for a less crowded beach,shopping,and dining.
