This floor also includes the first of two beachfront King bedrooms and a half bath. The highlight here is the expansive deck, featuring a gorgeous infinity pool that can be heated October-May for $60 per day, that connects to a dune walkover, leading to 100 feet of beautiful, quiet beach. The top floor houses five additional bedrooms. These include two beachfront King bedrooms, each opening to a beachfront deck, a beachfront bedroom with two twin-over-full bunks, a lagoon-view King bedroom, and a lagoon-view bedroom with two Queen beds.
