In the kitchen there is both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. The main level also includes the master suite, separate half-bath, and balcony access with views of Little Lagoon. The entire home has been professionally decorated in a coastal-chic theme and outfitted with luxuries new beds and furnishings. This community is situated between Little Lagoon & the Gulf of Mexico, offering easy access to both. Other Things to Note: NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. GRILL: Grill must remain on the ground level. There is a $250 fine if grill is taken to balcony plus possible eviction.
