The tennis villas are on the right once you past the guard gate. While you do have indirect beach views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony, and it is on the beach side (no crossing road to get to the beach), this condo is NOT directly on the beach. To access the beach, you simply walk across the parking lot or follow the sidewalk along the west side of the complex Guest Access: The tropical courtyard features two large outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, gazebo, shuffleboard, and outdoor beach-side showers. Other amenities at Seaside Beach & Racquet 2102 include: exercise room, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables. This gated community has an on-site security guard on duty 24/7. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through third-party beach service company, Perdido Beach Service, during the Spring and Summer months. The Neighborhood: Seaside Beach & Racquet is conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer, with many places within walking distance. Other Things to Note: Parking for condo: Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles) from guard at gate upon arrival. After passing guard gate, turn right immediately past tennis courts (between tennis court and building 2) and park in a space to the left. Unit 2102 is on the ground level. No trailers. NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book.
