Host Cancellation Policy
If you are cancelling your reservation prior to 60 days of arrival, we need the request in writing. The deposit then becomes your cancellation fee. There are no refunds if the cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival. Payments with less than the specified number of days notice will be held for lost rent and result in forfeiture of the deposit, fees and all pre-paid rent, unless the rental unit is rebooked for the same rental period and amount of rental due and payment of this rental has cleared – there will still be a cancellation fee of $135.00 if unit is rebooked. No refunds for early departure. A no-show, late arrival, or early departure does not warrant any refund of any payments made. Any changes in the dates of a reservation outside of 21 days of arrival will incur a $50 administrative change fee with Fun in the Sun Vacation Rentals approval, in addition to the initial processing fee, which is non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Perfect Location!
Not only in the Wharf but ON the wharf! Loved looking out at the boats in the marina and passing by each day. Accommodations were very nice, had the general of what we needed. If you're looking for the pool however, its about a 1/2 mile from the rental so be prepared. But once you get there it is so very cool!
Perfect Place To Stay
Loved the stay here. Everything you need is on site, no need to drive anywhere! The room is nice, clean and balcony is great if you’re looking to just relax and enjoy some down time. Definitely would book again.

First of all, the picture of the living area on the internet is not what was there. The fabric ottoman was very dirty and the lounging couch that was there was very dirty. The living area lamp was broken, and I took the floor lamp from the 2nd bedroom to use, and you could write your name on it - very dusty. Baseboards dusty - walls had a lot of black marks.
The comforter on the bed in master bedroom had blood stains on it. The kitchen was adequate, could use some luncheon plates and a little more silverware.
Bathrooms were clean and the towels were good. It definitely could use some upgrading and paint.

We had a good time. The condo could use a good cleaning of the living room furniture, but the space is nice. It rained alot during our stay and pool area kept closing due to it, so we really weren’t able to enjoy the amenities much. The shops and stores are convenient to not having to cook.
