Summerchase has an indoor pool,sparkling outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, fitness room and grilling area.This 8th floor unit is beautifully decorated with tile floors throughout and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The master bath features a lovely separate shower and there are 2 full size beds in the third bedroom which a nice added feature. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balconies just off of the master bedroom as well as the living room. Summerchase is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Good 4-6 Adults 3br/2 Ba Orange Beach Option
Well maintained smaller condo building with separation from other properties. Good amenities (pools, hot tub, workout room). Great beach proximity & view. Good bedrooms (comfortable beds, no twin beds). Decor a little dark for the beach, but comfortable. No hair dryer. A tight squeeze for 8, requiring use of sleeper sofa.
Summerchase
Location was great. Accommodations good. Need blankets for beds. Surface areas clean but under beds, couches; hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Rate per night for condo was reasonable but all the other fees that were added were high. Won’t rent thru home away for beach area again. Never had this problem with other home rentals.
Nice Place
We were moved here to Summer Chase after our reserves units air went out. When we arrived the unit was not yet cleaned. That was quickly sollved by a call and three very pleasant ladies arrived to service the unit. I loved the location. Even though very full, it never seemed busy or over-crowded. The unit could use some additional accessories and upgrades as it was difficult to cook with only one spatula, the dryer took forever to dry, etc. Overall it was a fantastic trip.

The location was great but the hidden fees were Terrible.
Our Week At Summer Chase
Condo was nice,everything was just as advertised in photos.we have stayed at Summerchase several times and this was one of the better condos.The actual building and upkeep of facilities has seemed to gone downhill.Some windows boarded up,floors dirty and elevators smelled like dead fish a few days.
