Located on the 3rd floor of Building I, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom. With approximately 820 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, this unit is ideal for a laid-back vacation full of sun, sand, and relaxation.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for preparing meals, snacks, or beach picnics. A convenient in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays even more comfortable. Both bathrooms are full-sized—one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in shower—offering flexibility for guests.
The primary bedroom boasts Gulf views and balcony access, allowing you to wake up to the sight and sound of the waves. This room also includes private access to one of the full bathrooms. The second bedroom, located on the street side of the unit, includes its own attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Step outside and enjoy all that Surf Side Shores has to offer. Spend your days by the Gulf-front pool or let the little ones splash around in the kiddie pool. The property also includes a shared grilling area—perfect for casual outdoor meals. A short walk leads directly to the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters that make Gulf Shores a beloved destination.
This condo’s prime location puts you close to popular local spots like Bahama Bob’s, The Hangout, Island Ice Cream & Treats, and The Beach House. Whether you're craving seafood, a sunset cocktail, or a sweet treat, it's all just a short walk or drive away.
Important Notes:
Parking: Up to 2 parking passes can be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival (cash only). Each pass is $30 (subject to change by HOA without notice).
Winter guests may purchase a 30-day pass for $40, with a two-vehicle limit.
No trailers or boats are allowed in the parking lot.
Minimum age of 25 is required to reserve; the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
No pets are allowed.
This is a non-smoking property, including the condo interior, balconies, and all premises.

Host Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour penalty free booking cancellation period. Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days of their arrival date will forfeit $200 ($100 non-refundable processing fee, $100 cancellation fee). Reservations cancelled less than 30 days of arrival forfeit the full amount of the booking. Travel insurance is optional but encouraged.
Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.
