Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination. IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. MONTHLY RENTALS This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
