Parking Passes are $40.00 each + tax and are required for each vehicle. 1 pass is included in your booking and it is up to you to purchase a 2nd pass prior to arrival. Additional vehicles can be parked at our office at no charge. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available on site, but can be parked in the designated area only! *PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction. *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons.
