Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Family Vacation
We have stayed in this condo several times in the past. Perfect for family vacations. Kitchen well supplied. No issues at all except we noticed food (snacks like cubed pretzels?)under the sofa. We were able to see it before toddler grandchildren, so it wasn't an issue. The remainder of the condo was clean.

Friends Fun And Sun
We loved our time with great friends and family. The condo was beautiful and we made memories. Our next stop will be Cotter Rock Cottage in Arkansas on the White River to catch a record breaking Trout.

Unit was wonderful.
As usual the staff was great, grounds were spotless. THE ONLY drawback was that the east pool was closed for repairs. This could not be helped; we adjusted.
