Cancelations for Homes with 4 bedrooms or more: Cancellations made 60 days or more from arrival date for all properties with 4 bedrooms or more will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee to cover admin costs. Cancellations made 59 days or less from arrival date are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the property.
