Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Amazing Stay!

Beautifully updated condo. The Condo looks exactly as the pictures. Every place in the condo was spotless. This was a long weekend getaway for my husband & I. We enjoyed being right on the beach & being able to go back to the condo for lunch. The balcony has amazing views & we enjoyed the sunrises & sunsets every day. This is our 2nd time to stay at Seachase & we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Best On The Beach!

There's no better place on the beach. Always clean grounds, pool area, common areas and condos. Also the best staff inside and out. Easy registration and check in.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Loved staying at SeaChase. The complex felt very safe and was in a great location. 302 C was perfect and very clean. The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. Everything was provided that you would need for a comfortable stay. I would suggest bringing a blow dryer. The unit had a very old and small blow dryer that didn’t feel very safe to use with long hair.
