Our condo was very nice. Everything needed was there. The view was excellent. Had a rainy day and used the DVD player. Keurig coffee maker was a good surprise.

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Wonderful Unit
Everything was clean and the condo was very spacious. Great views and the balcony furniture was great for morning coffee or an evening meal.
There was 2 recliners in the unit and one was broken. I reported it to the office, but told them it didn’t have to be fixed while we were there.
Hope it’s fixed for any future stays.

Had a wonderful time in mid-July spending 3 nights in this unit in Orange Beach, AL. Beautiful views of the ocean, nice pools, easy access to the beach. Also, very convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Very Nice Condo And Location
We had a great time at Orange Beach and loved the condo. The decor was very modern and clean. We would definitely rent this condo again. Seachase office and gate staff were wonderful as well!

It was wonderful! The weather was perfect and no big crowds like in the summer time.
