Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Time At Sea Chase

Had a great time even though the weather was not the greatest. Staff was helpful for check in and checked with us later the first day to make sure everything was ok. More bathroom paper and paper towels should be left by cleaning staff. Utensils for the kitchen was more than adequate, however the toaster had a mal funtion and repeately burned toast.Reservation personel should inform renters of what is supplied as far as cleaning products (dishwasher detergent - only one load was supplied) as well as laundry detergent.All in all we plan to come back and stay again.

Amazing Place

We stayed here for our vacation/honeymoon and loved every second of it. The condo was furnished beautifully and was amazing. We can't wait to come back hopefully during the fall. I'm glad I made the decision to pick this resort, great family place!
