My wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. The only detractor was the ice maker which did not work during our stay. The inoperable ice maker was reported to the front desk.

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Absolutely wonderful. Last year when we stayed in 1504W we so impressed with the balcony furniture that we ordered some for our home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit pristine. See ya again next year.

Terrific!! This was our 6th stay in this unit. We had this one for our honeymoon and have been blessed to get the same one for 5 anniversaries in a row now. We love the unit & love Seachase. It's a class act all the way and the staff is the best.
