Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Thanksgiving At Martinique On The Gulf 2016
Great weather, great golf; WI-FI in the condo itself could not be accessed due to Mediacom issues. Several attempts to correct the issue were unsuccessful.
Thanksgiving Retreat
Very nice, a little construction going on but workers were not present during our stay. There is no doubt that we will stay here again.
Best Kept Secret On The Gulf
Our vacation rental was by far our very favorite place we’ve ever stayed in Gulf Shores. Our family has been coming to the area for 7 years now and we will never stay anywhere but Martinique from now on! The unit was lovely, very clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. We particularly loved the fact that the beach felt secluded and not crowded since it is next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. We will definitely return to this beautiful beach community in the years to come!

Great roomy condo, decorated so cute and clean, warm and beachy! Love Martininque, nice place! steps to the boardwalk, view of the beach, a great spot!! So private, not your typical crowded beach condo, and quiet beaches, family friendly!
