Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Beautiful View!

This was our 18th year staying at SeaChase but our first time in 201E. This room is by far the best unit we have stayed at during our visits. The beautiful ocean view was framed between the palm trees and the patio felt like its own oasis. It was the best beach vibe!

Best Vacation Stay Ever!

Our condo (201E) was beautiful. It was very clean and stocked with essentials for our first night. The floor plan was perfect for our family of six. The furnishings and decor was as pretty as I’ve ever seen, along with the outside patio. Since it was an end unit it was also super quiet. The den and kitchen were open floor plan with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The pools were amazing! The walk to the beach short. The check-in and check-out was so easy. A covered parking spot was a bonus, as was the ice maker! We will definitely be returning to this condo...not one complaint.

Family Vacation 2017

Excellent Condo! Very clean and well furnished. Rooms
have nice Queen size beds and Master suit King. Also
Queen sofa sleeper. Had a fun stay with family and
grand children.
