701E is a great condo we’ve been staying in for many years. It has plenty of room and everything you need in the kitchen. I do believe it is time for a new couch, it’s pretty old and the cushions are sunken.

Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Clean and beautiful condo. No complaints!
Family Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, inviting, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 3 children.. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the sandy beach just steps away was the most beautiful we've ever experienced. The only complaint about the unit was that the it did smell a bit musty and the toilet seats needed to be replaced. Thanks for a great time!

Very nice and clean unit. Love the set up.
Only complaint was I did not care for the type of washing machine.
My kids requested to go back to same unit next year and we have already re-booked it.
