Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Martinique is a wonderful community in a great location on the gulf. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Great place to relax.
Our Favorite Beach Condo
We love the views from this condo and the great cross breezes on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and has every kind of coffee maker, including a Keurig.
My Heaven On Earth
301E is a wonderful condo. It's a end unit which overlooks the wildlife refuge. Every morning you are greeted with a beautiful sunrise and peaceful surroundings. It is my "go to" place when I need recharging!!
