Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Perfect End To The Summer

This was our first stay at the Crow's Nest (our 8th year at Martinique). The Crow's nest is a lovely home. The layout is great and was perfect for our family. Everything was provided and well done. Will definitely stay here again!

Wintering At Martinique

Had a wonderful winter at Martinique. Staff was always helpful, house was well-kept, fitness room was clean and machines worked, indoor pool area was a bit neglected, special events for snowbirds were much appreciated. The house interior is looking a bit could use upgrades to furniture and window treatments.

Perfect Family Vacay Home

We have been renting homes in this area for several years and have found our PERFECT place! Having four children (of which three are grown plus a grandbaby) was ideal for everyone! The quietness was exactly what we needed to GET AWAY from all distractions and focus on FAMILY! We highly recommend staying here and will return - hopefully to the same home! Would even consider buying this exact home if it ever became available we loved it so much!
