Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Brother And Sister Retreat

AWSOME!!!
Despite three days of rain we had a great time. By far, I think this was my favorite house at Martinique.
All of us in our 60s and 70s one level was perfect.
This was truly home away from home. Everything we needed was there.
The pool and need I say, the beach was beautiful.
Martinique staff were so friendly and helpful during our booking process and once we arrived.
We will definitely book this property again. Thank you

Stressful

We originally booked a 3 bed 2 bath on beach 301E. But upon arrival they informed us that it had a water leak and wasn't able to rent. They had no real plan of where we would stay. They did finally place us in this house, but for only part of our stay. We where required to move to 4 days into our stay. Upon moving to New house is smelled like urine and we refused to stay after loading our things into car to head home They sent us back to this house. Wasted a whole day of moving things with 3 little kids so stressful. The house was very nice but management was very poor and unorganized difficult to communicate with.
