Nature Journaling for Adults
Starting: 1:00 PM
Nature Journaling for Adults is a creative, reflective program that invites adults to slow down and connect with the natural world. Inspired by famed naturalist William Bartram, whose detailed journals and observations have shaped our understanding of Alabama’s landscapes and natural history, the program encourages participants to practice close observation and thoughtful reflection. Through guided prompts and open-ended exploration, participants capture what they see, learn, and experience outdoors through writing, sketching, or other creative expressions, deepening their connection to Alabama’s natural heritage.
