The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of Little Lagoon from the living room and primary bedroom which has a King bed. There is one full bath with a custom-tiled shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. Sleeps 4. This property is pet friendly: No aggressive breed dogs | 40 lb maximum weight limit. Compass Point is a 9-story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon-side outdoor pool with a lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch, and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. There is a 1 car limit. Weekly parking is $30.

Beautiful Place
The heat was oppressive but the unit was was updated and clean. We had a wrap around porch with a spectacular view. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, tableware and utensils. Very well pleased ��
