Great Time!

Had a great time. Property was in a great location. Unit was very clean, just above pool and short distance to beach. Are already trying to figure a date to rent unit again. Only had two very small issues, one with a blind that would not go up or open and a broken fan blade on a small fan. Neither issue was a problem for us because we didn’t need to use either one. The way this unit is kept up I’m sure owners will fix quickly. To the owners thanks for sharing your unit with us. Would highly recommend.

R&R Gulf Style

The view alone is worth the stay! The VRBO offered plenty of space for our family. I was happy to find the space was clean. I also felt more relaxed because the VRBO also had a "lived in" feel so I didn't feel so anxious about every little movement afraid of leaving marks on the floors or walls. The Master Bedroom, the bed was fine, the bathroom was wonderful, I would recommend some darkening shades because the light outside the balcony keeps the room illuminated all night and the sun shines in first thing. The appliances in the kitchen could use some TLC but we were not on vacation for a renovated kitchen. The access to the beach and pool were really convenient. We found a bin in the parking garage of beach play stuff to use like buckets and shovels. I would also recommend upgrading to a keycode vs a physically key to get into the door.

Great Location And Large Condo

Condo is in a great location with a large open layout. Property was clean but appliances need replacing and the paint could use a refresh as both are rather warn.
