R&R Gulf Style
The view alone is worth the stay! The VRBO offered plenty of space for our family. I was happy to find the space was clean. I also felt more relaxed because the VRBO also had a "lived in" feel so I didn't feel so anxious about every little movement afraid of leaving marks on the floors or walls. The Master Bedroom, the bed was fine, the bathroom was wonderful, I would recommend some darkening shades because the light outside the balcony keeps the room illuminated all night and the sun shines in first thing. The appliances in the kitchen could use some TLC but we were not on vacation for a renovated kitchen. The access to the beach and pool were really convenient. We found a bin in the parking garage of beach play stuff to use like buckets and shovels. I would also recommend upgrading to a keycode vs a physically key to get into the door.
Great Location And Large Condo
Condo is in a great location with a large open layout. Property was clean but appliances need replacing and the paint could use a refresh as both are rather warn.

Check in was so easy, as well as the online checkout. The location could not be any better. Mere feet from the pool and beach. With that being said, the unit itself is very outdated and needs an extensive cleaning. The toilet was stopped up in the master bath. Took two trips by maintenance. The appliances need to be replaced. The dishwasher is rusted and eroded. The drawer in the refrigerator broke and could not be used. The stopper for the sink did not work well at all. The furniture needs to be updated badly. It is definitely old and not very comfortable. I would stay at Ocean House again, just not this unit.
