Great Vacation
Great location, clean condo, the 2 beds in 2nd bedroom were too soft, king bed was very comfortable. Called maintenance to fix chair with wobbly legs. They were very prompt. The parking pass was i thought pricey at $100 but there was always someone in the guard shack.

This condo is in a great location in Orange Beach and has great amenities, however, another company is building a Tower (currently 10 stories) that cuts off the view of some sunrises and the beach to the left of the condo.
The condo was clean but needs a new washer/dryer and an update to the master bathroom.

Great condominium with two bedrooms, clothes washing machine, and kitchen tools. View of ocean and convenient location a plus. Would visit again.
Perfect Vacation
At the last minute a prior rental cancelled due to flooding and the agency recommended this location.
