The dining area and living room seamlessly connect to a Gulf-front balcony with ample outdoor seating. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and direct access to the balcony. Its private bathroom includes a separate dressing area and a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed, while the second features two double beds. These guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination. For added convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer and flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. Romar House is known for its manicured landscaping, palm trees, and gated entrance. On-site amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts. Please note, no trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed at Romar House. Additional parking for other vehicles or trailers must be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing. **Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay.
