This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, open living/dining area, two full baths and full-sized washer and dryer. From the balcony, you have great views of both the beach and Ole River. This unit is located on the top level (3rd level) and there is an elevator for added convenience. There is an additional fee of $150 for use of the boat slip, invoiced separate from the reservation and due upon arrival. Guest Access: Guest have access to a deeded boat slip. Boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site but there are temporary off-site short-term lots available for storage for a fee or ask us about "other options." The slip is deeded and the lift can accommodate up to 10,000 pounds. If using the lift, call us to get the combination code. By boat, Portside is located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico for offshore fishing and Robinson Island. This property also has a small, private sand beach next to the pier perfect for swimming, kayaking or jet skiing.
