We have been staying at the Ocean House for 8 years now. We come every year and stay a week in the Spring and a week in the fall. You can’t beat the beach views, beignets, boogy boarding, fishing, and the pool. We love Ocean House and would recommend it to everyone!

My stay was at Ocean House 2 unit 2301. The unit was very clean and smelled absolutely wonderful. Don't know what the scent was but the minute you open the door it was like a tropical breeze. Bedrooms very large and I love that each one had their own bathrooms. Location excellent. The view was breathtaking. Very large balcony. No large crazy crowd. Plenty of room at the pool. I had a couple of questions prior to arrival and every time I call sunset properties the people that answer the phone sound so excited to talk to you as if they just really love their job. Oh and also had hot water and great water pressure. I always stay in Gulf shores or my vacations because my son and grandsons live in Fairhope and they can come and visit there have been some places I've stayed where the water doesn't get hot barely have any water pressure. Usually overcrowded at the pool. So I guess to sum it up you could say my stay was excellent.

This was a great place to stay. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms just steps from the beach, with a pool and showers was fantastic. Comfortable beds and convenient layout.

We stayed in a three bedroom three bath unit. It was on the second floor. Very clean and plenty of space. Elevators were very quick. Pool and beach access was very easy.

The condo was beautiful, ample space, beach front, and walking distance to shrimp fest!

Everything was clean and in working order! We love booking with Sunset Properties!
