If canceled within 48 hours it’s a full refund. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for condos, 60 days prior for houses, and 90 days prior for winter monthly reservations. Refunds of the initial deposit, minus a $300 cancellation fee and any travel insurance purchased, are available if the reservation is cancelled by these deadlines. Cancellations outside these periods will receive a credit toward a future reservation within one year of the original dates but will incur a change fee of $100 for condos and $250 for houses. Only one change per reservation is allowed. Property unit changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival for condos, 60 days for houses, and 90 days for winter monthly reservations. Any approved unit change made outside of these timeframes may result in a rate adjustment. Guests are responsible for any increase in rental rate, fees, or taxes associated with the new unit.

Stayed at Ocean House 1 on our vacation! Highly recommend! Great location and condo was clean and very nice! My second time to stay here this year. Will definitely be booking for next years trip!

Spent the week in Gulf Shores at Ocean House 1301! It was absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo and Sunset Properties checked on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t have any problems. Already rebooked this property for next month!
Perfect Place
This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teens. We had plenty of room and a beautiful view. We look forward to visiting again soon.
Ocean House 1 Unit 1301
What a fantastic condo! Great location, very clean, plenty of room. The only issue, and it’s not really an issue, but the thermostat is set to bump up to a locked temperature every couple of hours. So no matter what temperature you set it to, it bumps up to 72 degrees after a couple of hours. A little annoying, but manageable. Overall, a great unit.
