Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Location And Family Friendly
Location was great, and amenities of the property were clean. Being on the first floor is great, especially if you are staying with kids, easy access to the beach and pool! Furniture and just overall style is a little outdated, was clean for the most part.

We enjoyed our stay at seachase. We enjoy the cleanliness of the grounds, quite peaceful environment perfect for relaxing and unwinding. People are friendly and helpful.

We LOVED our entire stay at Seachase! Our room was wonderful and had everything we needed. The beach access and pools were great, not to mention the hot tubs!! Definitely want to come back and stay with you guys!
Sea Chase Beach Front Comdo
We were looking for a great beach front property in the Gulf Shores area and we found it! The pools are wonderful and have views of the Gulf which is just steps away. Our unit was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was on the ground floor with convenient access to the pools and beach. We loved it and will be back!
Best Condo Location!
We had a great stay at 0103C. This condo is the BEST location. Ground floor, right beside the pool and entry to the beach. Perfect spot to stay with little kids since we needed to access our room several times throughout the day. Nice to avoid stairs/elevators with little ones. Very clean.
