Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Beautiful And Relaxing
We felt truly at home here in 303W. It was beautifully decorated and not over done with durable furniture even for a one year old. We let our grandson roam free around the condo and was not worried about him breaking any staple pieces. Thank you to the owners of 303W for opening up their personal condo for rentals. We definitely will be renting this unit again in the future.

We had a wonderful week at Seachase, the condo we chose was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The pools were wonderful and welcoming, especially with the crazy hot weather we experienced. This is our 10th time staying at Seachase, and we can't wait to come back!
Perfect Accommodations
The condo was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was very well-stocked with all of the dishes, pots and pans we needed for cooking for the week! The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We’re planning on staying again next year! The only thing I would change is where the modem is plugged in in the bedroom. It’s on the floor next to the bed. Nobody told us that we had to keep the light switch in the on position so that we would not shut off the Internet. I think maybe that’s the only thing they need to address.
