Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Have Stayed Here Twice...Already Signed Up For 3rd Time!

We have stayed in this unit the last two Januarys and have enjoyed it. Great central location to everything in Orange Beach. Furniture and appliances were updated this year. Nice resort facilities and the office is very helpful with any issues. 3 things that should be fixed....(1)latch on the sliding glass door doesn’t work (2)wooden slats on the blinds need to be repaired and (3) there are no shelves in the pantry in the kitchen!

Room 502c

Ice maker didn’t work , all ice had melted with water standing.
Master floor had very loud Squeak entering room and entering master
Bath. Shudders seemed to be an after thought , didn’t fit room Decor. Two lamps
Didn’t work , receptacle on one of the lamps was dead.

Four Nights At Seachase

First time renters at SeaChase. [ We have rented various other Gulf Shores/Orange Beach properties over the past 30 years ]
Overall positive experience. Property/grounds are nicely laid out/maintained with EZ/short walk to the beach. Friendly/courteous personnel/staff. Dual elevators in our building were faster than others we have experienced.
The only negative was the old/soft king size mattress in our unit.[ We actually moved/slept in the guest room bedroom because the mattress was more comfortable ]. Upon checkout, we notified the desk clerk about the mattress and they later informed us that they notified the unit owner and the mattress would be changed. They also mailed us a $50.00 'refund' for our inconvenience. We thought that was very nice!

Loved Our Condo!

This was the second time for us to stay at Sea Chase. We love how they handle everything! Our condo was awesome - just like the pictures. I love that a glimpse of every room was available for us online. We got to pic one that we knew we would feel good in! It was clean and worked great for us!
My only complaint might be that they leave more toilet paper available. We ran out before realizing we had needed to get some!

First Family Vacation

We loved our condo. It was equipped with everything we needed & more. Very friendly staff, very clean, & amazing views. We also felt very safe with the security in place. It was perfectly located so that there wasn't a long walk to the beach & plenty of stores made it very convenient. We will definitely be using Sea Chase again.
