Overall it was a great condo. Great location and value. There were some items that could have used some tlc. Patio door was really heavy to open and close, broken tiles in the bathroom and the noisy toilet in the front bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was as advertised.

Ironically, we had stayed at SeaChase in 2017 but in a different condo and didn't fully realize it until we were making our trip to Orange Beach. SeaChase is conveniently located in Orange Beach and has direct access to the ocean and beach. Condo 0604W was well maintained and loved the use of the shutters in the living room instead of the heavy drapes that are usually installed. The balcony was spacious with nice furniture. The 2nd bedroom and bath are limited on space. The bedroom is pretty tight with little walking area around the bed. The bathroom has 1 sink and really not countertop for placing items. The condo itself has only 2 elevators so there was a small wait and one sounded questionable but never broke down. The condo has nice pools and with the multiple pools, there's the ability to have some privacy away from the main pool where most of the kids tend to play. The condo is close to stores for picking up groceries. Parking gets limited unless you're renting a condo that has a reserved spot which makes it so much easier. I would recommend both SeaChase and condo 0604W.

My friend and I stayed at this property and enjoyed everything - unit was nice and clean - great view and easy access to beach (other than weird placement of lock mechanism (side of gate not on front - other ppl said same thing placement is confusing and hard to find) - management company was accessible and informative - not sure paying for covered parking was necessary but just my opinion

Wonderful time and the condo was excellent. No problems only good times. Would stay again and recommend it to friends.
