Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Loved Our Stay At Seachase

This was the first time staying at SeaChase and we enjoyed the resort. Our condo was nice and just right for the four of us. The grounds are beautiful and so was the pool areas. Access to the beach was great and overall we had a great stay.

Another Great Vaca

One thing about SeaChase...their condo owners take pride in their condo. We stayed there last year. It's always a pleasure to walk in with with no surprises! Clean, updated and you immediately get that you have made it to the beach! My "hats off" to the owner who so graciously gives us the opportunity to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this condo... Just don't book our week!��

Unit 703w Seachase Condominium

The location of the complex was very convenient. The grounds of Seachase are beautiful and well manicured. The pools were great and always clean. The unit we stayed in was clean. But there were some things that concerned us. The master bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. The condo was well decorated , but the furniture seemed a bit worn. Also kitchen needed to updated, cabinet doors would not close all the way and had some paint flaking. Could have had more cooking utensils. Seems I'm putting the unit down but not meaning to. We enjoyed our stay there. With just a little bit of attention from the owners the unit could be up to par. Like I mentioned before we love the Seachase complex and the staff was very friendly.
