Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

My husband and I along with another couple had a wonderful week at SeaChase.
The beds were very comfortable. The windows to the balcony need to be replaced. They hampered the beautiful view. The coffee pot was left with the grounds and was dirty. There were also some coffee cups that were not clean.
The living room was adequate for 2 couples but any more than that would be cramped.
The decor was very nice.
The TV in the living room did not work as the previous renters had unplugged some cables. It took a couple of days to get that fixed.
Overall, we had a wonderful time! We love SeaChase and have stayed there several times.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We rented 3 condos for our extended family. We have been staying at Seachase for 35 years and we always look forward to returning. Beautiful beach a few steps away. All the amenities are well maintained. The staff was great.

Rest , Relax And Revitalize ! A Much Needed Getaway !

The unit 802 E was very nice ! I loved waking up daily and getting out on the balcony seeing the ocean and beach , evenings were amazing with the moonlight glistening on the ocean . We enjoyed the hot tub and different pools we could choose , indoors or out . Also convenient was shopping and restaurants . I enjoyed flying a kite the morning of checkout and gave to someone else to enjoy on the beach ! I will be back , I loved my stay !

Great Weeknd Of Rest

We had a very good getaway weekend. The weather was great and we enjoyed everything.
The condo was in great order upon arrival and we experienced nothing less than expected.
